Yoga, Healing, Mindful Living
Thank you for visiting my website. I am so happy you are here!
I am a licensed psychotherapist and registered yoga instructor working in Bucks County, PA. My offerings range from traditional psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults to private yoga instruction, vinyasa and yin classes, as well as yoga and support for women in the pre & postnatal stages and well into motherhood. I also offer mindfulness meditation and yoga workshops in a variety of settings, including the studio, schools and offices.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and I am also registered with Yoga Alliance in the E-RYT 200 (Experienced Registered Teacher, 200 hour) and the RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) categories. Although some of my offerings are more directly geared to personal growth and change, it is my intention that all clients and/or students find our work together to be nurturing and healing whether it be in the therapy room or in the yoga studio. I incorporate aspects of mindfulness into all of my work -- from my psychotherapy practice to yoga instruction to my own parenting journey. Life is not always easy; that is certain. However, you do not have to face the challenges alone. Whether you need an inspiring yoga class, a private yoga session designed to meet your specific needs or the support and guidance of a mental health therapist, I am here to help. Browse this site to see what offerings speak to you, and feel free to contact me with any questions, requests for more information or to schedule an appointment.
Testimonial: "Well aware that yoga is both a physical and psycho-emotional journey, Kelly teaches from a place of compassion and lightness and allows her students the space to grow and transform. Thoroughly studying the practice of yoga, her teachings are authentic to its roots and her words are insightful and wise. Learning and practicing with Kelly, I have grown much in my own practice and am reminded through it the merit of simplicity and heart. She is a wonderful teacher, and she has helped me face daily challenges and allowed me to recognize my own courage, resilience and peace!" --N.P., Yoga Student and Instructor, Graduate Student
