SERVICES AND SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS, EDUCATORS AND SCHOOLS
Yoga and mindfulness meditation open the body, calm the mind and can bring a greater sense of ease and connection to ourselves and to those around us. Incorporating these practices into our own lives can have profound affects on how we live, work and relate to others. Introducing them into the classroom can help to improve students’ concentration, increase self awareness and confidence, decrease stress (including test anxiety), improve impulse control, decrease behavioral incidents, develop conflict resolution skills and promote empathy.
I provide packages of ongoing workshop series, one-time seminars or consultation to schools interested in incorporating these practices into their school culture.
