This fun and playful 75-minute workshop is geared toward parents and their children from crawling-two years. We will stretch, sing and play together as we introduce yoga poses to your little one and partnering yoga for the whole family. You will experience the benefits of yoga practice and spend special bonding time with your child-a perfect combination!
