In this workshop, we will explore basic yogic tools to alleviate stress.  Utilizing yoga postures, pranayama, mantras, mudras and philosophy, we will connect to our own basic goodness and open to the joy that is available to us in the present moment.  
This workshop is designed for students of all levels.
